Unauthorised addon's
I received a call from a consultant of Netstar sometime in Feb 2015 and they offered me more services as i have a contract already with them. I did not accept those services, i even specify on the person i spoke to that they must send me the documents of what they are offering so that i can firstly read and understand them. The next thing that happened was my account being debited with R245.13 instead of R105.00. I only realized that in aug 2015, i then queried it. they told me they will cancel and refund my account. Now i've been debited yet again with R245.13.
