Unathorised Debit oRDR

<p>My debit order for 23 October 2016 returned back unpaid, i made a cash deposit on the 25th October 2016, with the debit order amount. I used my accout number as reference ( ********** 9) paid into Altech's Absa Account . I received an sms on Monday (14/11/2016) stating my debit order was unsuccessfll i should make a manual payment. Today i get a notification from my bank that the debit order from Altech has returned . I called Altech Netstar today ro findout if the maunal payment i made has not reflected or not. The lady i spoke to confirmed that the payment was received on the 25th, I asked why then run another debit order without my consent. She advised its how their systems oprerate, i asked her to transfer me to her supervisor, i was kept on hold for ages, till the line died. I am very fustrated as i have occured penalities from my bank for the unpaid debitb order. I hope i will get a reply from Altech Autopage about a way forward. </p>
