Unable to cancel Netsar

My experience with Netstar has been **********, 1st call to cancel contract 2 months ago, spoke to Anjsha, ref no CAS-***-VSB4, settlement figure = R602.89, I requested an e-mail with banking details to ensure, since then I have had two debit orders off my account, awaiting a third taken off my account, yesterday I had to phone them again spoke to Sam, ref no CAS-***-J206, same request and still no response, phoned again today, ref no CAS-***-N7C5, New settlement figure = R576.15, I have now been told I cannot pay the funds, this will be a debit order only and should the funds not be available, and I quote " Our Attorney's will take you, and your Credit score will be ruined" All I want to do is settle my account, without the additional charges I have paid! To date I have still not received any settlement quotes with banking details as requested.
