Unable to cancel account after car WRITTEN OFF!!!!

My car was written off in August 2015. I phoned the call centre and informed them of this to which nothing was done. 4 months later and debit orders are still making their way off my account!! I called again today to find out why my account has not been cancelled ***), the consultant informed me that she would put me through to cancellations.<br> However, it appears that no body works at cancellations because the phone just rings and rings!! I have called back numerous times this morning and had absolutely no luck whatsoever! <br> Please can someone cancel my account as this car NO LONGER EXISTS and kindly refund my debit orders.<br> Experiencing theft from the ******* who stole my car was a bad enough experience, I don't need to suffer any further financial losses due to that unfortunate incident!!!
