*****ulent Debit by Netstar Tracking Company

Netstar has being *****ulently debiting my account. I have canceled my tracker as I have sold my car but everytime I try to cancel the tracker the email response says it will cancel in 30 days and then 30 days later in the next month the debit order goes off again. When I call in, no one can find my tracker details but can debit my account. How is it possible? It is ***** and it is wrong.
