two years later!!! unauthorised debit order

i took out insurance with oakhurst in 2014 when i bot my car, i was adviced to go put in a tracker in my car. which i did. after a monthe i cancelled with oakhurst and with netstar. i was advised to go remove the tracker and pay the penalty settlement which i did, which was about a thousand or so i cant remember. its been two years now with no tracker and i get called that my account is overdue for the tracker with 2 months. i asked them to check if the tracker is in my car, they even said my car is brown n its white!! they called greenstone to check if i indeed removed it, greenstone confirmed that it was and netstar confirmed they cant locate my car which indeed the tracker is not in there. i find it wierd that even if i had enetered in a contract with netstar and say for eg. they didnt cancel by mistake, why only realise 2 years later to bill me? i find it absurd that you are wanting me to pay for a cancelled contract which was payed for and does not even exist TWO YEARS LATER!! CUSTOMER SERVICE HEH? you guys need to cancel this ****. asap.
