TTERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I would never recommend their services. I bought a van from an auction company and have endless issues trying to get them to remove their device. I even requested keeping the device and continuing with them. Trying to get a agent to assist is a endless nightmare, they just pass you from one agent to another with no real solutions. I am at point of having the auction company take the van back and refund. WHAT A COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I spent over last few days and average of five hours trying to sort out and guess still not sorted.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM MERELY BECAUSE OF THEIR SUPPORT SERVICE.
