Tracking unit cancellation

I had the vehicle that was written off after accident around August 2023. I phoned to cancel the service but I was told that it will be done after insurance settle the account to finance house, to my surprise, Since last month have been getting call non stop demanding payment. I tried many times to have it cancelled but dololo. Even when I phone, I will be on hold for long time.
