tracking unit

Ever since I installed my tracking device in April 2013 it has never worked properly, every time I test it they tell me they can't pick up the signal. The nearest installing centre is in Queenstown 150 kms away from where I stay and at one point I had to drive to Queenstown 3 times in 1 month at my own expense but still they coudn't help me. I am very dissappointed with your service
