Tracking device test results

Hi <br> <br> I have signed with netstar from last year November 2014. I have been requested countless test results and the device has never picked up even a single signal, so basically they cannot locate my car. It has been well over 12 months with no assistance with regards to this. <br> <br> I have also requested them to send technicians to come have a look at the device but still havent received anything with regards to this.<br> <br>
