Tracking device and panic buttons seem useless

My panic button was recoded with the remotes.<br> <br> During testing, we activated all the distress signals and no response was received from the emergency unit.<br> We pressed the panic and no one responded until the technician called them. On the call the agent confirmed they received the panic ping but I still didn't receive a call. We only got called after I overheard the techy say please call the customer.<br> <br> We are paying for this security, but doesn't seem like we a getting our money's worth.<br> <br> Very disappointing.
