TRACKING DEVICE

<p>My name is Magdeline, Ive been with Netstar since beginning of 2015. I've never experienced any issues with the tracking device and i was happy with the service. I received a call from Netstar Sales department on the 14/07/2016 at 18:27,18:25,18:37 and the sales agent told me that Netstar has a new advanced tracking devise,he explained benefits of this new devise and told me that it will only cost me R119(no additional charges) per month. I told the guy that Ialready have a tracking devise from the same company and he said I should move to the advanced device. I even asked him if I go for this new devise what will happen to the old one because Ido not want to pay for two devices,he told me Ican call client service after they installed the new device and cancell the previous one. The following day someone from netstar called me again to book installation and the devise was installed yesterday 19/07/2016, after installation I called client servive and spoke to Veneshri she told me that I cannot cancel the previous device be cause I signed 3 years contact. I am now sitting with a problem of having two devices installed in my vehicle. I never asked for this new devise,the sales agent ******* me to get a new devices knowing very well I aready have a tracking device. I want this new tracking device to be cancelled as well as the debit order for it, I will not pay extra cost and I am happy to continue with the previous(old device) contact that I have. Please assist</p>
