Trackers
I ordered 4 trackers for motorcycles, 2 trackers show 93000km and 34000km while the bikes are new, the other 2 motorcycles are not even showing on the app, 1 bike I am told that is still to be captured after 72 hours of installation. I am losing money on the bikes and I need to pay the prorata but Netstar didn’t offer the service. I have been calling the Fitment centre for more than 2 days and the lady is full of attitude.

29 Oct 2022, 09:25If the consultants knew what they were doing I wouldn’t be here texting you. Please train your staff properly, now i have lost R4000 because of this issue. Can this be sorted out please. I am also still waiting for the call
