tracker working alerts working on my nerves

Have huge problems with the device and the agents are no help at all the devices alerts while car is in motion and randomly some days 4 times a day foe no reason have been struggling for 3 months already they fitted a new one now i have two vehicles on the app which is confusing. A agent called me asking if i was ok i said i was not driving the vehicle so she asked me to call the person the vehicle i said i coulnt so the agent dropped the call. Must i really check if the vehicle is ok everytime. The device worked ok till 3 months ago
