tracker unit not working and still charged monthly
<br> I have two cars Jaguar xj (ch33sm-gp) which i can locate with safe and sound app and website and the Mercedes Benz c250 (bw38ck-gp) ,this unit has never worked since its installation its been more than 4 months now,i cant track my car nor by app or website,even the call center agents can't track my car,the call center its not resolving this issue,and I'm paying monthly for both tracker units,please solve this issue.<br> <br> <br> your feedback will be highly appreciated
