Tracker unit fitted in wrong car under my profile

Netstar fitted tracker unit in car that I don't know and I don't even own somewhere in pietermaritzburg a place where I have never been in my entire life. I called them several times to alert them about issue since April but still today they handed over my name.This is very scary that a tracking company doesn't even have any idea of where and who they fitting their unit to. More over this is very disappointing and their stuff are very unreliable let alone useless.
