Tracker unit consuming my battery

Hi, I have been struggling with my car where battery is always a problem . A technician checked my car and is confirmed that the unit is backed up by my battery. I spoke to John from Altech who referred me to Rachel from Five Star Fitment. She promised to phone and confirm the appointment with their technician after her manager's approval on Thursday 06/10/2017. It never happened. Today 12/10/2017, I am told the same story. I am struggling and they are doing nothing about it. I asked Altech to come and remove their unit and they are not guaranteing it. I need their unit removed as I am now sitting with 2 damaged batteries because of their unit. Please help.
