Tracker not working but they want money

So this ****** tracking company is the worst. They device doesn't work and advice number of times that it doesn't work. I told them that I'm no longer interested in their services for my vehicle. They say I must pay 2000 for a service I did not receive at all. In which world must someone pay for services not received. Like really I will not do such. I have travelled many times and thank God I did not get hijacked but if I did and the tracker is not working what the hell was going to happen to my life and car. How were they going to explain themselve. Honestly I do not take chances with my life and family lives. After I had complained nemrous of times about they tracker. So I'm using other more reliable tracking company. And they want money folk now man
