Tracker not working

On the 11th of September 2015, I had someone wash my car. They did not know they had to switch off the mobiliser before starting the car. It then started beeping the whole time until he finished washing the car. I could hear the car from upstairs but was not too sure if it was mine because it was in a parking lot at work. I thought if its mine Altech Netstar will contact me but I never got a call until he was finished with the car and asked me to switch it off. Clearly it would have been gone if it was ****** since Altech is not doing what they are paid for. I called the call centre just now and I was transferred from one department to another, I even got tired of holding. I really don't have time for this.
