Tracker not responding

I have laid complain by email, by call and lastly on hello peter was promised matter will be resolved an cancellation will be made until today i had no help, debit order was taken on the 25th but my tracker is not responding , you guys are putting ne at risk why am i paying if im not getting service,last location in my app was saturday an we on tuedsay but it still doesnt give correct location, im no longer interested in this tracker , can this be cancelled asap, same thing as my dads
