Tracker does not work

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Altech Netstar. I have purchased the Safe and Sound device for my vehicle, since the inception, it was never able to track my vehicle accurately. The logs I receive from the Altech team every month is blank which indicates I do not drive my vehicle, I feel like this is a breach of contract from their side. I have called in to cancel the service, but still no response.
