Tracker dishonesty
I had a R99 rand vehicle tracker account for my vehicle, in December 2019 I was called by tracker to go and upgrade to a new unit of R199 and was told that the old will be discontinued and there's no need to remove it. My first premium in January 2020 was very high +_R800, went to query it and was told that it includes the once off fitting charge but further more I discovered that the old unit is still charged as well. The lady in Three Rivers Tracker branch who helped me remembered very well and said she will rectify it. It was never rectified until October where I decided that I must again visit the branch to solve this once and for all. I could not be assisted by the same lady instead I was referred to talk through the intercom. I gave my details on intercom and she said she will call later. She called later and said she cannot help me, she'll call her H/O to assist me. This was never done I then decide to cancel the stop and inform them of my decision. The following month when the stop order wS not through they then decided to call me, they then open an investigations and send me the forms I signed, but on the forms I alluded to them that the amount that was selected was not what we agreed on and the hand writing was not mine. To date they have handed me over to debt collectors because I have decided not to pay the ********** contract. If they can give people a chance to fill their own application forms it will stop people to come back and say I did not ask for a product. Secondly they must consider the customer's point of view not to concentrate on revenue collection and overlook customer complaints. They need to engage in doing business with honesty so that they do not lose long time clients like myself. Halopeter please help me to get justice for me. Tefelo.
