Total incompetance

I had a unit fitted years ago at altec netstars branch at Lechen street north in centurion, firstly they made a mess up with my cars interior vent system secondly they damaged my instument panel, whwn i complained about it i was told that i tampered with my car and damaged it, secondly, i paid up my sleuth tracker for the 24 months and decided to keep it active for only R60 per month, months after i got retrenched and could not pay anymore, i then notified them to cancell the debit order, years later they handed me over for debt collection, how do you do your admin, you are totally incompetant do do any business with the public.
