I was offered an upgrade (Netstar Plus at R169), but denied a corrected certificate and access to my contract. If Netstar can debit my account and upgrade my package, they can update the system. This contradiction is deceptive and unacceptable. Simon, however, was outstanding—patient, clear, and sincere. He did everything he could to help, but the system failed him. Netstar, empower staff like Simon and fix the systems that undermine trust. I steward every transaction with intention and expect the same integrity in return.
