Time wasted

I have a tracker system installed in my vehicle which is administered by Altech Netstar. I had to take it in for repairs on 07 Mar 2015, I had an appointment with them for 09:00. When I arrived Jacques was there to assist me. I parked the in the workshop and Jacques took me to reception. At reception i was given a voucher to have coffee and i was told that the car would be ready in an hour. At 10 I was than called by the lady at reception telling me that the car will be ready at 10:30. Upon my return at 10:30, I was told that the car is not yet ready and will take another hour. When I returned at 11:30 the car was still not ready and told that tests need to be done on the device, I then decided to investigate in the workshop and found that the car was stripped and there was no technician working on it. I had to go and confront the technician and he gave me stories. Only then he started working on the vehicle which took a further 30 minutes. This TIME WASTING could've easily been avoided by them telling me that the car was going to take 4 hours. This is totally unacceptable, POOR service!!!
