Threats by Netstar

I'm having a problem with Netstar, I don't have a contract with them and have mentioned this a couple of times when the consultants call me, now I am getting daily threats from them demanding payments from me and they have handed me over, I did ask for contract agreement between the company and myself and have not gotten a response
