THREART OVER TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Netstar is cheating customers, they send us invoices that doesn't make sense .I was emailed to pay an outstanding balance because reversed the debit order as they didn't take me serious when i want to terminate the contract with them because of the poor service. Now they sending debit collector to contact me to pay the outstanding balance. Please help me resolve this matter with them as they taking advantage.
