This is such a joke now

I have a new vehicle with your safe and sound tracking system. I have had to make numerous calls since Monday track my vehicle for business purposes to get the IT problem sorted out to sign up on your website. After waiting so long today I received a call from Adelaide to say the problem is fixed but when I asked her to stay on the line while I checking to ensure the profile works the next thing the call is dropped on me?! Altech Netstar is such let down.
