Thieving services netstar
I have had enough of their pathetic service. Numerous times they have sent out the ir tech causing me inconvenience of pulling my vehicles of the road. I have had enough of their pathetic service,just last week they came out for the 5th time and installed new units which still font work. Without my authorization they debited my acc for R2809 for 3 units which is theft. Even after I canceled the contract,they still took my money

02 Jul 2021, 09:35Called netstar 6 times this morning,agents advised they working from home and cannot assist me with my query. They are unable to tell me why they debited me for R2855 last when my premium is R600 a month. I have reference number and a call recording where an agent said they are sending out a tech to remove the units. Now they say I need to go to the fitment centre. Absolutely ****ing useless service
