They rush in their response without paying attention to what is being requested by a client. In my email I requested to know why I am paying R182.53 instead of the R169 advertised for their Netstar Plus and no one seems to respond to me on that. I called and was being transferred from one section to the other. I was not impressed at all by the whole experience.
