They Dont have a Panic Response Team as they say on their packages.

They installed for me a tracker with panic batton that doesnt work. I've been complaining over the same issue for over 6Months and they re-installed the tracker and still doesnt work. (Case Ref: CAS-***-H6H4)

Its either they dont haved a panic response team.. Or they are selling tracker devices that do not function as described.

Am now only surviving at God's Mercy because I don't trust the safety of my car on the road. My driver was just lucky to survive the last time my car was ****** as your tracker did not even notice the car was being high-jacked yet he was pressing the panic button for over an hour until he found a phone to call the emergency line. Please fix this with urgency or advise me to find another tracking company.
