Their tracking devices are not working and useless

<p>I N Khumalo. bought a car in January and after that l took a comprehensive insurance which included them to be my tracking company l started paying after 2 months l decided l want to check my cars movement as my driver wasn't answering my phone only to find out that they couldn't pick it up l was told the ignition is off after that they will call me back of which no one did l called again and one thing you must know they will never say let's call you back l used my airtime again and l was told they will send a technician to come and fix it and l was told not to tell my insurance of which l completely ignored l spoke to my insurance and found out they **** and said everything was fine seeing that Oakhurst insurance didn't bother calling me back l decided to move my account to another insurance company and tracking company so now Altech wants me to pay almost 1500 of which l won't pay l have told them numerous times that l won't and l have reported them to ombudsmen as lm tired l want them to clear my name and the worst part they handed me over Nkosinathi Nkosi has sent an email saying they have recordings and the good thing l have them too and lastly when I met one of their staff l told him about the issue he said l must have dinner with him and everything will be done like really this company is the worst tracking company l have ever seen they are useless your car will be ****** and they can never find it l suggest to everyone to think twice before using them and l tell my family not to use them</p> <p> </p> <p>I want them to clear my name </p>
