The worst tracking company. STAY AWAY from Netstar

I’ve never dealt with such an *********** company who is hell bent on making your life a misery. My contract was cancelled back in 2024 due to them messing up my account and also installing wrong devices etc. Come Aug 2025 they randomly say my insurance stopped paying I must now pay directly. I refuse to do so and ask to cancel again since I don’t want anything to do with Netstar. They then give me the reference number for cancellation and say the cancellation fee is R361.00 I said ok nonetheless I’ll pay it via debit order. A month later they debit a whole R760.00. I call and ask why the whole mess and the agent tells me she can’t see anything and on my profile everything is cancelled. I then reverse the debit order then 3 days later they debit again and again I reverse meanwhile I’m incurring charges due to this. Another 3 days later they then send a threatening text saying they’re handing me over to GL Attorneys without anyone from Netstar calling me to check in with me after I have called twice and getting told my account was closed. Begs the question on who the heck is running Netstar? Suffice to say I highly DO NOT recommend this tracking company to anyone. They will make your financial life a living mess. STAY AWAY. I will ensure I spread this far and wide on anyone looking for a tracking company to stay away from them.
