The worst tracking company!

Netstar are ******* and cheats. They debited money from account (my monthly payment) then 16 days later went on to debit more money without my knowledge or approval. I have been calling them to enquire about that and their call center agents are either clueless or too rude. I keep being sent from pillar to post. This is the worst tracking company. Their email address doesn't even work and they never attend to client's complaints or concerns. How can we trust them with the safety of our vehicles when they are the *******.
