THE WORST TRACKER SERVICE

I thought Netstar was the best tracker company in SA but am now realizing in my opinion its amongst the worst. I have had them for nearly 2 or 3 months, I've had to remove my car battery a few times to charge it and i got not a single phone call notifying me that they noticed my battery has been removed, they send an sms and provide a number to call but there is no answer everytime I try to call them. Finally today I got hold of them to tell them I am dissatisfied with the service and I want to use another company, their response is that I should have read the terms and conditions stating that they dont make phone calls. What kind of service is that?? This company is supposed to help with the security of your car but how can they do that if they don't call when something ***** happens?? By the time you get hold of them, your call will be long beyond the borders with ********* driving it.. I do not recommend them at all. I am very unhappy, now they are saying I will be charged a penalty for terminating my contract with them. Lebo*
