The worst service ever received

I fitted a netstar in my car in March - early warning device. On the 26th April, my car was ******. To my understanding, with the type of device I have, they were meant to call me, when my car was been tampered with.

Why did I have to notify netstar that my car was ******. After wanting to speak to a manager about this problem, he was too busy to take my call. A week and half later, I managed to get hold of a senior manager. For him to tell me my device was not working 10 days before it was ******. Is this a valid answer? As a tracking company, is that not what you meant to do? if device/ unit is not working, notify clients and ask the to go to a fitment centre to sort out.

So I have no car, and they are telling me unfortunately my device was not working, then they debit me at the end of the month - to track a car I do not have.

A month later and still no solution.
