The tracker keeps on getting incorrect coordinates of the vehicle

The tracker keeps on getting incorrect coordinates of the vehicle . This is really frustrating because I keep on calling and it only gets sorted for few days then back to square one . Imagine if something was to happen to the vehicle , clearly it won’t be recovered since the coordinates are incorrect .
