the staff dont have knowledge in product
I had a contract with altech in march 2013 I phoned them just to check when is my contract ending they say is ending in 2017 I had a contract for three year so I didn't understand reason been my unit was not working in 2014 I took the car to maponya mall say they instructed me to do so .I regret doing business with this company
