The most pathetic sercvice ever!!!!!!!!

I have requested to cancel this service to which I was told that I took a 36 month contract. I asked for the recording whereby I accepted a 36 month contract as they want to charge me early termination fees. I am still waiting for this recording for more than 2 months. refer to CAS ********** on the 12/10/2018!!!!!! Please provide the recording whereby I stated this. When I called in today 03/12/2018 to follow up your consultant put me on hold for 15 min and when I insisted on the recording she put the phone down on me!!!!
