The most annoying service from Netstar

I signed up for a tracking device with netstar but it was a disaster from the start. The tracker jams on 1 location for a whole week or 2, the location is not accurate. Even when I call them they go to their system the location is not accurate. So this is not helping me. Everyone is complaining about this netstar. I asked them to cancel their services and they are telling me to pay the cancelation fee, for what???? I'm canceling because they are not delivering, not because I can't afford to pay. I wont pay for something that is not working, I'm running a business with my truck and I end up fighting with people because the location is not accurate. I need them to remove their device.
