The install damaged units
No help! And not useful. I was in an emergency yesterday only to be told that I should call in for customer service today. I have been on the line with my own airtime for 3 hours! And I am now told my unit is not working which is not even a week that it has been installed and the panic button is not working. Nothing is working and no one picked it up! Now I Am told to wait they will find a technician to fix it from next week Monday. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY

You guys sent through your technician today Zuko and he says everything is working I yet again press the panic button infront of him and no response and no call . He calls in himself and the call centre says they didn’t receive anything I should try again in 4 hours! Please tell me where is the safety for me? And what is the point of having this unit. Your service is utterly inadequate and everyone at your call centre that I spoke to thinks this is a joke.
