The decoder you sent me is not serving it's purpose
The decoder you sent me is not serving it's purpose. I called on Friday (05/07/2024); and you promised that since it's registered under 'Malinga', you'll register it under my name. You also promised that you'll contact Multichoice (DSTV) and register the decoder with them; and I'll be able to watch/use it within 48 hours (24 - 48 hrs.) You haven't fulfilled your promise. Please sort this immediately.
