<p><br />Chat Conversation Start<br />8:43AM<br />I'm really tired with you guys and your *********** stuff. I have sent through a query on the 18th July 2016 and it's still not resolved. I was told by your stuff Thabiso that I don't listen and i'm a ****. Since he wasn't able to assist me I asked him to get his team leader to contact me and no one bothered to call me till today. Yesterday i was called by Nicole Smith to sell me your product. How can one buy something from you guys while you failing to resolve the current query that I raised with you? I cant view my current location and when I press the panic button no one calls me. I called in many times and no one is assisting me regarding this. Last time I called and I was advised by Augustine to go to dealer cause the tracker unit wasn't responding, when when I got there everything was fine. I drove 20kms for nothing, for your incompetency. I wasted my petrol for nothing. i'm really tired cause I don't give you problems with making payments but I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.</p>
