TERRRIBLE SERVICE AND NO ASSISTANCE. ATT: GUGU NHLAPO

2 weeks after my complaint and calling them for over an hour to explain that they were supposed to fix or replace my defective tracker instead of putting a new tracker and creating a new account. They created a new account and debited me for 2 trackers and Gugu Nhlapo who was supposed to assist has stopped responding to my email. I will reverse any debit order from netstar hence forth and back pay when this is sorted out. Getting any service out of netter is like pulling teeth. they are quick to create accounts and debit money but offer no service. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A TECH TO REPAIR THE OLD UNIT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW BUT NO SERVICE
