terrible service from altech netstar

I called the durban branch of netstar due to me having to change one of my vehicles , I was put through to the telesales agent Basil , I wanted to know what to do regarding cancelling tracker on one of my vehicles with them and taking a new contract on a new vehicle.<br> He was unable to give me amounts due etc and seemed all lost ,he promised to call me with the cancellation fees etc but that was on Monday , today is thursday ! I have already sold the other vehicle for which i AM NOW PAYING FOR NOTHING DUE TO THE INEFFICIENCY OF ALTECH,<br> THEN I BOUGHT ANOTHER NEW VEHICLE WHICH HAS NO NETSTAR THANKS TO BASIL !<br> <br> I HAVE 4 VEHICLE WITH NETSTAR BUT CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS SERVICE
