Terrible service

Terrible service I received from Netstar since joining them. My insurance sent Netstar a lead to have me contacted for a unit installation and they responded immediately on the same day. Contract was therefore logged however I had to wait for over a week for a follow up regarding fitment arrangement. When I called in after a week I was told the contract was left incomplete by the agent who was capturing the contract and had to go through the capturing process again. Contract was captured and fitment was arranged however when I looked at the details of the vehicle captured as per installation certificate, most of the information was incorrect about the vehicle. To make the matter worse, on the 2nd April 2021 (public holiday), a debit order was submitted on my account and when my request was to be debited on the 27th of every month. Moreover the amount debited was totally different to what I was quoted. Waited for Tuesday (06.04.2021) to make an official enquiry as they are not open over weekends. When I finally got hold of the consultant (Demise) this morning, I must say the service was terrible. Not much clarity was provided as to who was responsible to correct the pricing error and was given a number to dial again after I waited around 10mins in the first instance to be answered and this time was told it's a direct number to where I need to be assisted. Dialed the number and waited for over 15mins for the line to be answered and it took me back to Accounts dept. again. I asked to transferred to the relevant department and I held on until the line terminates automatically on it's own. I went through this circle for more than five times. I was a little bit relieved when I got to Emellie in the same dept. (accounts dept) as all these other agents I have been through that she listened to my query and promised to escalate my query to the relevant dept. to contact me back. Until now I haven't received any call from Netstar.
