Terrible service

Want to cancel my contract they said I signed a new 3 year contract but cannot supply a verbal or signed contract since beginning of March 2020 and deduct the whole amount for 3 years on 1April 2020 without proof and I did have telephone conversations 3 x with them and no answer still from them only looking for money. A Supervisor called me in March and said she will cancel contract for now and look for proof and inform me 1 month passed no response and no proof
