Terrible service

I would like to express my disappointment in netstar . I never signed any contract for my car tracker with them but because now I want to cancel I have to pay an administration fee which I never signed and agreed . I was actually gonna refer my wife to them but never again netstar . I was told to download the app and start paying but now I have to pay administration fees which I never agreed . Terrible experience
