Terrible service

Netstar service is very bad, including the call center agents they are not helping at all. Last year or this year early I cancelled my account with Netstar because their service was bad and the lady confirmed that the account is cancelled. I nolonger own that car now and they are sending me with debt collectors even if I cancelled the account. This is harassment
