Terrible service

I have been struggling for approximately four to six months to sort out my debit order with Altech Netstar. I never consented to Altech Netstar Go. The just started to deduct money from my account a few months ago and eve though they have been refunding me they still keep on deducting. I am really losing my patience as this will now be the fourth refund request from my side.
